Function and usage
|
Used for elements-adding into alloys.Can be added in molten bath directly at suitable temperature. smelting easily, less than 10 minutes for Fusible Silicon and less than 5 minutes for the rest normally. Simple and convenient to use. The elements recovery rates are usually higher than 95%. AlTi75 and AlZr20 can be used for grain-refining too.
Applied to non-ferrous plate, strip, foil, section and bar industry, wire and cable making, and non-ferrous alloy ingots industry.
